Our Vision

A world in which women and men would live with equal rights de facto.

A fair world offering everyone without discrimination the same opportunity in education, training, the world of work and politics.

Our mission

Help fund vocational training or continuing education for women aged 18 and older in Switzerland and abroad. The proposed training should improve their level of skills and make easier their access to the workplace and in consequence, decent pay.

Help the financing of childcare costs for women living in Switzerland who are pursuing professional training or continuing their education.

Promotion of vocational training or education within the family.

Defend the rights of women and particularly, Article 5 of the SDGs the United Nations and art. 8 al. 3 of the Swiss Federal Constitution.

th SDGs : Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. Gender Equality is a fundamental right and a necessary foundation for the establishment of sustainable prosperity and peace.

Swiss Constitution of 18 April 1999 – s. 8 al. 3: The man and woman are equal. The law provides for equality of law and fact, especially in the areas of family, education and work. The man and woman have the right to equal pay for work of equal value.
